Please share your automation with us, describing the issue in as much detail as possible. We'll respond with a clear solution and, when appropriate, a video walkthrough to guide you through completing your automation.

Pro Max and Ultimate plans come with dedicated Slack support channel. We will set up the channel when you subscribe and send an invite to the email used for your subscription. If you do not receive the email, please raise a support ticket.

We can accommodate additional concurrency requirements. Please reach out to support with details of your needs, and we'll be in touch with pricing and a timeline.

Yes. You can request a team account by emailing support. Team accounts are only available on the Ultimate tier.

If you cannot log in to the payment portal, it's most likely that you used a different email address than your axiom.ai account to subscribe. Please try another email address.

For Pro Max and Ultimate customers, we strive to respond the same day whenever possible. For all other paid plans, our team aims to reply within two business days. Please note our office hours are UK-based.
